MISSION:
The Maintenance / Reliability Supervisor is responsible for mobilizing the Maintenance Department team members to deliver services related to mechanical and electrical maintenance of the machinery tooling and general building maintenance for the site. Specifically for all production shifts directs the response to breakdowns ensures the PM and/or Preventative / Predictive maintenance plan is performed and carries out change overs while minimizing down time. This will require planning and scheduling Maintenance Department team members for all production shifts.
