Mission of the Role:
We are seeking a detailoriented and proactive Accounts Receivable Representative to join our AWESOME team at ProVac! Youll play a vital role in managing our receivables process ensuring accurate and timely invoices payments and account reconciliations. If you thrive in a fastpaced environment are highly organized and have a knack for communicating effectively this position is perfect for you!

What Youll Love to Do:
- Adaptsto working in an extremely fast paced environment.
- Review and verify billing reconciliations reports and required forms to ensure timely and accurate completion.
- Account Reconciliation: Reconcile outstanding balances with customers and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Collections: Contact customers regarding overdue invoices and establish payment arrangements.
- Customer Communication: Communicate with customers to confirm invoice receipt and address any concerns.
You Might Be a Good Fit If You Have:
- Experience:
- 12 years in revenue billing especially for contracted or project bid work.
- 12 years in accounts receivable collections and cash receivable processing.
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
- Adaptability to thrive in an extremely fastpaced setting.
Heres What You Bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelors degree in accounting Finance or a related field preferred).
- Knowledge of Construction Industry: 1 year (Preferred but not required)
- 12 years of experience with accounts receivable collections and cash receivable processing
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office with Excel expertise preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
