Your opportunity
- Lead a global team of investment data analysts.
- Support the Global Head of Investment Operations in making strategic decisions to enhance data integrity quality and availability across the enterprise.
- Assist in designing developing testing and implementing new processes and system enhancements to meet business requirements and improve department efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with IT data stewards and internal business groups to develop effective efficient and transparent processes for using master data in systems.
- Develop daily weekly and monthly quality dashboards to track data errors exceptions and progress toward specific data quality targets.
- Ensure the integrity and compliance of investment reference data by performing data cleansing audits and validation.
- Ensure all investment reference data elements are opened closed and updated accurately and promptly.
- Set improvement targets and measure the results of data quality efforts.
- Perform rootcause analysis on master datarelated system issues and recommend or execute corrective actions.
- Maintain an understanding of master data tools downstream systems and data lineage rules.
- Assist in developing and maintaining operational policies and procedures.
- Maintain an understanding of all internal stakeholders requirements and business processes.
- Carry out additional duties as assigned.

Must have skills
- Investment and Operational Data Management: Extensive experience managing investment and operational data within the financial services sector ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Data Operations and Quality Practices: Proven track record in implementing data operations approaches and quality practices in large financial organizations enhancing data reliability and performance.
- SQL and Data Mining Expertise: Skilled in handling projects that require proficiency in multiple SQL dialects and data mining tools demonstrating versatility and technical acumen.
- IHS Markit EDM Proficiency: Strong preference and extensive experience working within the IHS Markit EDM environment optimizing data management processes.
- EDM Connectivity: Exceptional understanding of how EDM connects held positions market static data and dependencies on Order Management and Analytical systems ensuring seamless data flow and integration.
- Securities Reference Data: Indepth knowledge of securities reference data contributing to accurate and comprehensive data management.
- Product and Client Data: Advanced understanding of product and client data supporting informed decisionmaking and strategic planning.
- Industry Experience: Over five years of experience in the financial services industry specifically focused on security reference data providing a solid foundation in financial data management.
- Educational Background: Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience demonstrating a strong academic foundation and practical expertise.
