For our client we are seeking a Content Reviewer with Bulgarian to manage and evaluate sensitive internet content ensuring a highquality user experience. This role offers the opportunity to directly impact social media and advertising content quality.
Responsibilities:
- Review online content including images videos accounts and advertisements in line with client policies.
- Identify and escalate policy violations using internal tools.
- Maintain high quality and productivity standards in content evaluation.
- Balance daily workflow priorities based on client needs.
- Participate in client meetings to discuss findings and provide recommendations.
- Support different workflows and markets as needed including Englishspeaking markets using translation tools.
Requirements:
- Fluency in written and spoken Bulgarian.
- Intermediate level of written and verbal English.
- Experience navigating websites including social media platforms.
- Awareness of national and international political historical and social news.
- Comfortable reviewing sensitive or explicit content.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a highpaced environment.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet business needs.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
- Intermediate IT skills with the ability to learn new tools quickly.
