Software Development Engineer in Test

We are on the lookout for a committed Software Engineer in Test to join the core Acrobat Web team in Boston. The team is a dynamic Agile software development team enthusiastic about delivering scalable and highquality enterprise solutions.
Team Responsibilities
- Continuous improvement is the goal!
- Participate in story mapping backlog grooming daily standups retrospectives and sprint reviews on a twoweek cadence.
- Review each others work and hold team members accountable for high code quality standards.
- Deliver regular increments of potentially shippable functionality on time with high quality.
The Role
- Have substantial ownership. Youll be involved in important decisions about how we build and grow Acrobat Web and have a strong say in what we build next.
- Build phenomenal digital experiences and create global scalable systems.
- Improve current automation test frameworks by incorporating new functionalities.
- File detailed issue reports for failing tests; work on automated test cases to verify fixes.
- Periodically review specifications and test plans identifying gaps in coverage and supplementing with new test cases.
- Stay uptodate with new testing tools and test strategies.
- Look for ways to continually improve testing and automation.
- Work effectively in a dynamic and everevolving environment.
What is needed to succeed
- BS degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science with strong computer science fundamentals.
- Real passion for new tools and technologies.
- 5 years of fullstack Web Development in a testing role.
- Handson test framework and test development experience (Selenium).
- Handson experience with CI/CD.
- Handson experience with web performance.
- Experience with bug tracking systems and the bug lifecycle.
- Experience with JavaScript React HTML CSS ES6 JavaScript frameworks is a plus.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $113400 $206300 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on jobrelated knowledge skillsand experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC base commission) and shortterm incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Nonsales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and shortterm incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition certain roles may be eligible for longterm incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
