We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by converting leads achieving targets and developing longterm customer relationships.
Qualifications and Skills
Candidates should possess excellent communication skills a strong sales acumen and the ability to identify and execute crossselling and upselling opportunities. Prior experience in sales or customer service roles is advantageous.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conversion of leads received through various marketing channels
- Preparing shortterm and longterm sales plans towards reaching the assigned goals
- Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives
- Proactively identifying crossselling/upselling opportunities with existing customers
- Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline
- Customer Relationship Management
- Understand the customer requirement and pass on insights towards product portfolio improvement based on customer interaction/feedback
- Key Account Management
- New account development
- Operations and Reporting
- Managing presales to postsales support activities for the assigned products/geographies and ensuring the highest customer satisfaction
