Open positions Project Manager
Experience 6 to 7 yrs
Qualification B.Tech / M.Tech in Computer Science / Engineering
Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Responsible for project lifecycle from concept to customer delivery.
- Organizing project deliverables and plan activities as per project goals milestones and deliverables.
- Track and Implement change management as per product and project requirements.
- Evaluate and manage project velocity and stakeholder expectation.
- Developing new programs to support the strategic direction of the organization.
- Creating and managing longterm goals.
- Developing a budget and operating plan for the program.
- Developing an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement.
- Managing a team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities.
- Ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction quality and team member performance.
- Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services.
- Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle.
- Analyzing program risks and mitigation plan.
- Tracking project processes deliverables.
Project Manager Requirements:
- Bachelors / Masters degree in computer science information technology or a relevant field preferred.
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) / Certified Associate in Project Management.
- Having coding experience of at least 3 to 4 years.
- Must have managed a team of developers.
- 3 to 4 years of experience as a project manager or in a similar role.
- Leadership and management experience.
- Excellent people and project management skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
