Requirements
Good understanding of Network and Security architecture best practices components andconcepts and ability to design a large / very large size network spread across multiple data centres and sites
Have good understanding and hands onimplementation daytoday management and troubleshooting experience in theareas of
- Data Center Networking componentsand solutions
- Data Center Security components andsolutions
- Part of team involved inimplementation of at least 1 medium to large DC network
- Part of team involved inimplementation of at least 1 multi location organization connectivity withmultiple paths
- Excellent understanding of Routingand switching and routing protocols
- Designing and implementation ofInternet BGP Peering from multiple ISPs
- Very Good understanding of one ormore security products like firewalls SDWAN WAN Compression Email securityweb application firewall DLP etc
- HandsOn experience in deployingmanaging troubleshooting one or more product families in the above
- Disaster Recovery Solutions from a network and security perspective
- Hardening of all network and security devices as per acontinuously evolving baseline
- Patch Management and timelyfirmware upgrades
- Log Management and Log Analysis
- Incident Response
- Coordinate and work with 3rd party vendors for deploying anyapplications / other solutions that may be required in accordance with bestpractices and policies in a secure way
- Understanding of Exchange connectivity and exposure to Capital Markets or BFSI experience would be a plus
Experience
- Candidate should have at least 6 10 years oftotal experience
- At least 3 4 years of current L2 experience on at least some of the above technologies
- Should have handson experience in theimplementation configuration and support of at least some of the above technologies
