Role Description
This is a fulltime onsite role located in Rajsamand for a Branch Manager at CRSP Capital. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations managing branch personnel maintaining and growing customer relationships and meeting financial goals. The Branch Manager will also monitor and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Financial management and budgeting skills
Leadership and personnel management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze financial statements and market trends
Attention to detail and strong problemsolving skills
Demonstrated ability to drive sales and achieve targets
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Finance or related field
Experience in the finance or banking industry preferred
