Position Overview and Objective
One of Arctic Wolfs key strategic initiatives is to drive substantial growth in the SMB & midmarket sectors through our MSP business. This presents an exciting opportunity for a Product Manager to collaborate closely with the Director of Product for MSP on a comprehensive product strategy that covers the entire MSP customer lifecycle. From solution value and product offerings to pricing and packaging as well as quotetocash processes license management integrations onboarding deployment customer management and service delivery this role will play a pivotal part in shaping the future of our MSP business. The Product Manager will engage in both strategic and tactical activities for medium to largesized complex projects. These projects will not only deliver new product capabilities for our MSP Partners but also contribute to solving broader business solutions. By partnering with crossfunctional teams the Product Manager will ensure the successful delivery and alignment of these initiatives with organizational goals. The Product Manager will be the internal advocate for the MSP product acting as the product owner for one or more development teams. This role involves shaping the vision defining key components for the MSP product features and product lines and leveraging a datadriven approach to prioritizing initiatives that maximize value. The Product Manager will collaborating crossfunctionally with UX product and development teams to bring these initiatives to market successfully.
Primary Responsibilities and Duties
Solution technology and team facing contributions to the product vision.
Collaborate with product management to prioritize work against clear outcomeoriented goals.
Performs the roles and responsibilities of the Product Owner across one or more products feature groups and development teams. Duties include quarterly planning coordinating and attending daily meetings and standups backlog management sprint planning and retrospectives implementation monitoring demos review and acceptance.
Defines the product backlog and creates actionable user stories for the development teams.
Defines story acceptance criteria and accepts sprint increments as and if they fulfill the criteria.
Drives sprint goals and sprint content through grooming and prioritizing stories.
Work closely with user experience and development teams to drive the feature work through the delivery process.
Communicates with stakeholders and management on progress overall status and release activities for multiple development teams.

Ability to independently operate in a highly matrixed startup environment.
Technical aptitude and the ability to understand the ins and outs of development design agile framework software development scrum approach and IT infrastructure.
Project management and organizational aptitude.
Highly detail oriented and able to manage a large number of tasks simultaneously.
Can manage a couple of product streams or feature groups in parallel.
Understands the importance of change and effectively cope with change; can shift gears comfortably; seeks out the balance of information gathering decision making and ; is comfortable with a certain level of risk and uncertainty.

Understands the key business drivers relating to own area; uses this knowledge to focus own work.

Minimum Qualifications
3 years experience in a technical or product delivery role
Previous experience or knowledge of product management
Bachelors degree (Computer Science or Business Administration preferred)
Experience in cybersecurity is a plus
Prefer degree in a technical area
