Objective of the Job
Lead the marketing department of PSIPL with the objective to build scale & strengthen PSIPL Brands
Role and Responsibilities
- Working in partnership with the creative team develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and publicfacing communications including print digital and video assets.
- Conceptualize and execute thought leadership campaigns across the relevant media & publication houses
- Travel through Customer/partner lifecycle ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across relevant channels.
- Site branding being one of the key aspects of delivery
- Visit sites to pull out real life emotive stories
- Align the above content with agencies to max SEO
- Propose evaluate and firm up event plan based on business requirement
- Prepare budgets and expense plan with clearly defined Roles
- Manage lead gen agencies and their SLAs
- Track Website traffic bounce rate and provide insights on continual improvement
- Support site related activities ranging from R&R to vendor activities at site
- Explore opportunities of Joint marketing with client
- Have consistent marketing engagement plan for A & Key clients
- Manage the budget of the marketing department and make sure the budget spent is delivering a return on investment.

- Relationships with various entities in marketing ecosystem
- Experience of establishing effective engagement various stakeholders
- Capabilities to align marketing with business goals directly
- Strong uptake to learn about the diverse industry portfolio of clients in FM
- Able to spend most of his time at the site across various states in India
