Operations Support Manager
Looking for aFUNand challenging new career opportunity with anEXCELLENTcompany CohenEsrey Communities LLC is currently seeking an Operations Support Manager with Tax Credit and HUD/ProjectBased Section 8 experience to ensure that standards of excellence and Customer Fulfillment are provided in every resident vendor and property team interaction. Responsibilities Include
- Building a team of highlycapable and motivated Property Managers and creating a positive environment in which to work and provide great service.
- Assist Regional VicePresident (RVP) with special projects.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through the property team and resolving resident concerns when necessary.
- Owner Liaison Enhancing relationships with partners agencies and other entities and maximizing financial performance.
- Adhering to all guidelines within all applicable government programs.
- Performing quarterly file audits and ensuring discrepancies are corrected.
- Assist Property Managers with marketing and retention ideas ensuring accuracy and effectiveness of marketing materials.
- Monitor coordinate and prepare all financial data.
Qualifications
- 4year degree or 4 years) commensurate experience in the MultiFamily industry in a supervisory role
- Affordable housing experience.
- Tax Credit and HUD/ProjectBased Section 8 experience
- Experience using RealPage products and MS Office.
- Ability to travelextensively75 to local propertiesIllinois Iowa Nebraska and South Dakotaproperty locations as necessary.
Compensation* $55000 $60000
*The base range may be adjusted based on specific location of the applicant. Final agreed upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.
