Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated individual for a Juniorlevel role in banking based in Vadodara. The position is fulltime and requires a work experience ranging from 1 to 3 years. The ideal candidate will excel in sales and marketing crucial for success in this role.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in sales and marketing enhancing engagement with potential clients (Mandatory skill).
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Sound knowledge of BFSI industry practices and trends with an emphasis on innovation.
- Experience in handling CASA accounts ensuring compliance and client satisfaction.
- Capability in field sales with a commitment to expanding market reach.
- Indepth understanding of banking products and solutions promoting client trust.
- Proven ability to generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Experience in the FMCG sector applying diverse sales strategies to banking services.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Engage in sales activities to promote banking products and ensure client satisfaction.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to reach potential customers.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster customer loyalty.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within the BFSI sector.
- Manage field sales operations ensuring targets are met consistently.
- Demonstrate knowledge of CASA and other banking products to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the team to align sales strategies with organizational goals.
- Report sales activities and progress to managers offering insights for improvements.
Qualifications
- Age 21 to 38.
- Graduation mendatory.
- Local candidate must.
- Bike required.
- 12 Years of experience in BFSI Sales.
