Experience: Whether youre coming from the automotive world or have a background in a customerfacing role like a server or bartender (where you have to juggle priorities and stay calm under pressure) youll succeed with us. Automotive sales experience Even better. Highline experience is a plus but not necessarywere great at helping candidates grow and succeed regardless of their background.
LongTerm Commitment: We want candidates who are looking to stay with us for the long haulif youve had a solid job history and are ready for a career we want to hear from you.
Additional Requirements:
Must have a decent driving record.
A passion for learning adapting to new challenges and providing exceptional customer service.
