Reporting directly to the Head of Campus youll be a key player to help bring to life the universitys Regional Growth and Innovation 2030 Strategy.
This operational role is responsible for the Campus projects and partnerships engagement and internal Head of Campus comms particularly with Bendigo Tech School The Emporium Creative Hub and the La Trobe Art Institute.
Working to support the culture and quality in the activities of the campus this position provides highlevel operational and administrative services including preparation of written materials reports for project work internal briefs newsletters communications and submissions and assisting in campus events.
The Projects Partnerships and Communications Officer is required to work collegially across all campuses divisions and schools and to exercise a high degree of initiative organisation and confidentiality.
You will bring:
- A relevant degree plus 4 or more years of experience (or equivalent knowledge and experience)
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities
- A flair for content creation and promotional communication
- Confidence working both independently and within a passionate team
- Flexibility and resilience in a dynamic changing environment
