The Manager Campaign Projects & Initiatives is accountable for leading and managing projects that enhance campaign execution marketing operations and analytics capabilities. This role involves overseeing a team of highly skilled analysts to drive operational efficiency automation and continuous improvement in customer engagement across multiple marketing channels.
In this role you will be working closely with Tribe and Squad leads you will develop strategic solutions to business challenges influence product and program initiatives and ensure the successful delivery of key marketing projects. You will also be responsible for managing endtoend campaign processes from planning and execution to optimization ensuring bestinclass industry practices.
Additionally this role plays a critical part in ensuring compliance with Privacy the Spam Act and contractual obligations managing governance structures to protect customer data and embedding personalisation strategies into Loyalty programs.
