Skill / Experience Requirements:


We are seeking a highly skilled Test Environment Manager / Lead to oversee the design configuration and maintenance of endtoend nonproduction environments both onpremises and in the cloud. This role involves ensuring optimal functionality and availability of test environments to support program needs and facilitate efficient testing processes.

Location Sydney Australia.

Salary Range: AUD $ 101232 $102031 Annual Gross.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Design build and configure endtoend nonproduction environments encompassing both onpremises and cloud infrastructure.
  • Continuously monitor and maintain test environments ensuring they are uptodate and aligned with program requirements.
  • Implement and enforce test environment policies processes and standards including controls to identify and mitigate internal issues and risks.
  • Collaborate crossfunctionally to resolve environmentrelated issues and promote best practices across teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in health check processes tool frameworks and practices to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base and documentation repository for test environment configurations and setups.
  • Measure and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and telemetry data related to test environments.
Key Skills and Competencies:
  • Proficiency in Public Cloud Technologies: Azure AWS and GCP.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience in stakeholder and program management.
  • Effective negotiation skills to manage environment contentions and coordinate across multiple programs.
  • Indepth knowledge of ITIL processes particularly in Incident Change Management and Problem Management.
  • Experience with industrystandard test environment management tools/platforms.
  • Proficiency in using ServiceNow (SNOW) for daytoday environment management.
  • Skilled in utilizing monitoring solutions such as AppDynamics Splunk and automation utilities.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills within the DevOps CI/CD ecosystem.
  • Ability to design and develop test environment strategies for largescale transformation programs.
