Overview
We are seeking a Middle Market Commercial Lines Account Manager. This is a remote position based in Ohio offering a competitive salary commission benefits and a supportive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage 70 accounts with premium ranging from $10K to $350K
- Handle typical servicing certificates endorsements and client interactions over the phone
- Quote new/renewal business for various industries such as construction manufacturing and social services
- Work with carriers including Westfield Cincinnati Grange and others
- Cross sell and upsell to earn small bonuses
- Contribute to the growth of the department to qualify for an endofyear performance bonus
Qualifications
- 37 years of experience in a similar role
- P&C license is required
- Proficiency in AMS 360 software
- Strong insurance knowledge and selfstarter attitude
Daytoday
As a Middle Market Commercial Lines Account Manager you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts providing exceptional service and contributing to the growth of the department through cross selling and upselling.
