Senior Manager IT(Software Engineer AND Services) Hyderabad India.
Be a part of a team that ensures Prudent Delivery and product engineering. Our IT Software Engineer team turns business requirements into technology solutions by designing coding and testing/debugging applications documenting procedures for use and constantly seeking quality improvements.
We are looking for a Senior Manager of Data Platforms. As such you will be at the forefront of advancing our capabilities in building nextgen data platforms with a special focus on building largescale scalable and highperforming innovative data platforms. This pivotal role involves leading and mentoring a team of highly skilled data platform engineers to build scale and manage multiple big data datalake and data warehouse platforms.
You will:
- Develop the product vision strategy roadmap and development of data platform products focusing on usercentric design guidelines scale and performance.
- Inspire teams to transform to nextgen data lakehouse solutions to meet evolving user needs.
- Drive collaboration between platform engineers architects data engineers and business stakeholders.
- Broad technical knowledge and depth in AI / ML / Data Science to effectively liaise with technical teams to execute the abovementioned responsibilities.
- You can engage with executive management and provide comprehensive updates and insightful presentations on project progress strategic initiatives and the latest innovations.
Requirements
- 15 years of experience in Data technologies (Hadoop Greenplum Teradata Spark Databricks Informatica etc)
- Familiarity with AI technologies machine learning and their societal implications.
- 5 years of experience managing highperforming engineering teams.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and a track record of delivering userfocused solutions.
- Bachelors degree in Statistics Economics Analytics Mathematics Computer Science Information Technology or related field and 4 years experience in an analyticsrelated field.
- Data science machine learning optimization models PhD in Machine Learning Computer Science Information Technology Operations Research Statistics Applied Mathematics Econometrics Successful completion of one or more assessments in Python Spark Scala or R Using open source frameworks Tensorflow torch)
