This position is in our downtown Dallas or Fort Worth office and offers a hybrid schedule 3 days office; 2 days remote) after an initial onboarding period.

Duties and Responsibilities:

We are currently seeking an Operations Administrator to join our team. In this multifaceted role your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinate with local teams to audit and manage account set up and commission splits in our Business Management System.

  • Assist the Chief Operating Officer and the Director of Operations with licensingrelated and carrier contract issues as assigned.

  • Coordinate and manage appointments with Carriers

  • Perform Broker Operation Standards audits to ensure that we are following applicable laws and best practices

  • Process and maintain insurance licenses for agents and the organization across multiple states.

  • Track licensing renewals continuing education requirements and deadlines to prevent license lapses.

  • Submit applications renewals and background information through state insurance departments and regulatory portals.

  • Maintain accurate and uptodate licensing records in the internal databases and compliance systems.

  • Assist the M&A team with licensing & carrier contract transitions of new acquisitions to ensure compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in insurance licensing compliance or a related administrative role preferred.

  • Proficiency in using licensing databases and regulatory portals (e.g. NIPR Sircon).

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Excel Teams).

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
