Position: Technical Recruiter
Location: India. Preferred location Bangalore
We are looking for a skilled and dynamic Technical Recruiter to join our team and lead efforts to attract source and hire top technical talent. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the technology landscape excellent communication skills and the ability to create strong partnerships with hiring managers. This role requires a strategic thinker who can deliver an exceptional candidate experience while meeting our organizations hiring goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition:
- Source screen and assess candidates for technical roles such as software engineers data scientists IT specialists and other techrelated positions.
- Utilize various platforms (LinkedIn GitHub job boards referrals etc. to find highquality candidates.
- Recruitment Process Management:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
- Manage the endtoend recruitment lifecycle including posting job descriptions conducting initial screenings scheduling interviews and negotiating offers.
- Provide timely updates to stakeholders regarding recruitment progress.
- Candidate Experience:
- Ensure a positive and seamless experience for all candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Communicate feedback to candidates promptly and professionally.
- Market Knowledge:
- Stay updated on trends in the tech industry and competitive hiring practices.
- Build and maintain a strong network of technical talent in the market.
- Employer Branding:
- Promote the company as an employer of choice by leveraging social media networking events and other channels.
- Represent the company at job fairs tech meetups and industry events.
- DataDriven Recruitment:
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify bottlenecks and optimize processes.
- Maintain and update recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science is preferred. Technical background is a must.
- 7 years of experience in technical recruiting or similar role
- Must be able to do first level technical screening
- Experience of coordinating with the U.S. based parent company
- Experience in technical recruiting preferably in a tech company.
- Familiarity with a variety of technical roles tools and platforms.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of technical hiring practices including sourcing screening and interview techniques.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms like BambooHR and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of programming languages frameworks or tech stacks to better assess candidate skills.
- Certification in recruitment (e.g. AIRS LinkedIn Certified Professional Recruiter).
