Job Description
Position :Project Civil
Designation:Sr. Executive/Asst Mgr.Civil
Department: Corporate Project Civil
Qualification: Essential :Candidate should have degree/ diploma in Civil Engineering
Desirable:Advanced degrees or specialized training in areas of structural engineering or environmental engineering can be advantageous.
Experience:
Industrial Project experience is must.
Essential:2 to 5 Yearsof experience in Projects/ Running plant operation in the Manufacturing sector.
Desired:
- Experience in Plant Building infrastructure development basic designing of Civil structural activities & Site supervision
JobProfile:
- Site inspection ofcivilconstruction work and ensure work as perprojectspecification
- Maintenance and Inspection of Miscellaneous Civil and Structural works
- Guiding the Project team and monitoring the work to ensure the work is done as per Drawings and Method Statements
- Analyzingproject requirements and reviewing all the project proposals wherein mapping requirements of manpower/ materials resources in which ensuring costeffective as per schedule.
- Maintaining daily progress reports prepare pour cards and other documents required for billing and contractor billing.
- Ensuring completion of project within the time & cost parameters and effective resource utilization to maximize the output with proper safety compliance.
- Working on optimization of Civil designs.
