Job Description
Millenniums Data Science Group (DSG) is looking to hire a Business Analyst to spearhead our user engagement and outreach strategy across DSGs global client base. The Business Analyst will collaborate closely with DSG team to understand their offerings communicate their value to various stakeholders and foster strong relationships with users to ensure their needs and feedback are addressed.
Principal Responsibilities:
- User Engagement Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to promote user awareness and engagement with DSGs offerings.
- Outreach Programs: Plan and execute outreach programs including new joiner introductions roundtables training sessions.
- Stakeholder Communication: Plan manage and execute all aspects of DSGs stakeholder communication including wikis newsletters and new offerings announcements.
- User Feedback: Collect analyze and report on user feedback to inform product improvements and enhancements.
- Performance Metrics: Monitor and analyze engagement metrics to assess the effectiveness of outreach initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams including marketing product development and customer support to ensure cohesive outreach efforts.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify user needs preferences and trends to guide engagement strategies.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on user engagement activities and outcomes presenting findings to senior management.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in user engagement processes and strategies.
Qualifications/Skills Required
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Data Science or a related field.
- 2 years experience in a business analyst or similar role preferably within a datadriven environment.
- Strong understanding of data science concepts and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to translate technical and data science concepts into userfriendly language.
- Experience developing and executing engagement and outreach programs.
- Proficiency in using data analysis tools and software.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
The estimated base salary range for this position is $70000to $160000 which is specific to New York and may change in the future. Millennium pays a total compensation package which includes a base salary discretionary performance bonus and a comprehensive benefits package. When finalizing an offer we take into consideration an individuals experience level and the qualifications they bring to the role to formulate a competitive total compensation package.
