You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are currently looking for a Senior Information Manager (Digital Workplace)to join our Data & Information GovernanceTeam within the Digital & Technology group.
This is a fulltime opportunity on a permanent basis. The role will be based in 10 South Colonnade Canary Wharf London E14 4PU or South Mimms Hertfordshire. Please be aware that this role can only be worked in the UK and not overseas.
Government departments and agencies are working towards implementing a minimum 60 attendance in office sites.
We are currently implementing a flexible hybrid way of working with a minimum of 8 days per month working on site to enable the collaboration and contact with partners and stakeholders needed to deliver MHRA business. Attendance on site is driven by business needs so depending on the nature of the role this can flex up to 12 days a month with the remainder of time worked either remotely or in the office. Some roles will need to be on site more regularly.

The Digital and Technology Group (D&T) lies at the heart of the Agency and is responsible for delivering an optimised IT infrastructure and maximising the secure use of data to enable our scientists inspectors and the rest of the organisation to deliver world class services which can improve outcomes for patients and the general public. The Group was essential in the race to approve COVID19 vaccines in 2020 and in supporting the UK to set up its own medicines and devices approvals systems following our exit from the EU. The Data & Information Governance team within the Digital Enablement function is responsible for setting the MHRAs standards and frameworks for our management and use of data and information and ensuring that the Agency can access the data it needs when it needs it and draw maximum insight from the data it holds in a safe and secure way.
Whats the role
This is a highprofile role where you will lead coordinate and support digital workplace knowledge and document management across the Agencys digital solutions offerings.
This role will include working with the Senior Information Risk Owner and Data and Information Governance team to make riskbased decisions on strategic and tactical issues working with internal and external stakeholders and suppliers at various levels. The postholder will be able to identify and articulate the business and operational value of data across the agency at all levels and will work with colleagues to review and influence designs of systems and to provide substantial input into the transformation of collaborative practices in line with the Digital Workplace Roadmap and programme delivery roadmap.

Digital Workplace you should have significant and demonstrable experience of developing and implementing digital workplace technologies such as Microsoft 365 and Microsoft SharePoint to support enterprise wide collaboration efficiencies document and records management and associated information governance
