Having recentlybecome part of the St Austell Brewery managed estate theres never been abetter time to join our kitchen team and help take our food offering to thenext level.
Set right on thewaters edge with breathtaking views of St Michaels Mount The Godolphin is amuch loved pub where guests come to eat drink sleep and unwind whatever theweather. If youre passionate about great food and want to be part of an excitingnew chapter wed love to hear from you!
Join our talented kitchen team and youll be workingalongside passionate people with locally sourced produce to provide highquality food that delights our guests. As Sous Chef you will support your HeadChef in leading our talented kitchen team while ensuring the correct proceduresare followed and specifications for each dish are precisely met. You willutilise the flexibility enabled by our menu writing processes to help adaptour offer to meet the needs of our business and our guests.
