Were looking for a Pastry Chef to lead the pastry program at our new restaurant at Le Germain Hotel Toronto Mercer a refined modern space where creativity technique and guest experience go hand in hand. With an eye for detail and a passion for your craft you bring imagination and precision to every dessert elevating each dining moment into something memorable.
In this role the Pastry Chef reports to the Chef de Cuisine and works in close collaboration with the culinary and service teams to uphold quality spark innovation and bring our shared vision to life. This roles primary focus is to craft and oversee all pastry offerings ensuring each item is thoughtfully executed and beautifully presented across breakfast brunch dinner in-room dining and banquets.
