Job Description
Paragone Solutions is seeking anAssessment and Authorization Lead who is responsiblefor the deliverables managing project artifacts and managing staff and performance. This is a fulltime onsite position located at Aberdeen Proving Ground MD.
This position requires an Active DOD Top Secret (TS) Clearance with SCI and Poly. If a candidate does not have a polygraph they must be willing to immediately undergo a polygraphinvestigation.
Experience with classified authorizations required NSA or other is required. Must be an expert in eMASS. Knowledgeable in continuous monitoring requirements RMF 2.0 DISA STIGs etc.Former or current Reserve/Guard 35T (Enlisted) or 353T (Warrant Officer) Military IntelligenceSystems Maintainer/Integrator are highly encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Perform all ISSO duties and responsibilities in DODI 8500.01 DODI 8510.01 and AR 252.
- Direct experience with providing expert support analysis and research in Intelligence Community (IC) and DoD Risk Management Framework (RMF) requirements and processes to support the IC DoD and Army RMF assessment and authorization processes
- Includes experience as a technical SME Information System Security Officer (ISSO) or Information Security System Engineer (ISSE) on Army Program Of Record (POR)/Quick Reaction Capability (QRC) products. ISs includes Cross Domain Solution Suites (CDSS) Tactical Cloud OnPrem etc. within the programs portfolio.
- Direct experience with implementation of DODI8500 DODI8510 ICD 503 NIST 80053 CNSSI 1253 Army AR 252 and RMF security control requirements and able to provide technical direction interpretation and alternatives for security control compliant.
- Direct experience with latest IC and Army RMF requirement and processes.
- Direct experience with eMASS XACTA or other A&A repositories and able to support the program with the ISSO / ISSE functions.
- Fully understand DISA Port Protocol and Services Management (PPSM) requirement and able to obtain PPSM account for management of PPSM for supporting systems.
- Knowledge of CDS policies rule sets filters and data flow development.
- Relevant experience must be in computer or information systems design/development and with information assurance and accreditation processes (e.g. System Security Plans Risk Assessment Reports Assessment and Authorization Packages and System Requirements Traceability Matrices).
- Must be willing to travel as needed 25 or more.
Required Qualifications:
- MS degree plus 10 or more years directly related experience; orBS degree plus 15 or more years of directly related experience.
- A Bachelors degree inComputer Scienceor a related field (e.g. General Engineering Computer Engineering Electrical Engineering Systems Engineering Cyber SecurityInformation Technology Information Security and Information Systems) isrequired.
- Active TS/SCI (SI/TK) w/CI poly.
- Primary Certifications one or more of the followingrequired:CASP CECCNP SecurityCISACISSPGCEDGCIHCCSP.
- AdditionalCertifications one or more of the following is a plus: Linux RHEL or other Linux type certification or training.
In accordance with the Maryland Wage Transparency Law the expected salary range for this position is $205000 $230000 annually. This range reflects the base pay for candidates with qualifications and experience relevant to the position requirements. The final offer within this range will be determined based on a candidates experience skills and alignment with the jobs specific responsibilities. Additional factors such as internal equity and company budget may also be considered when determining the offer within this range.
