Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer queries through live chat support during night shift hours.
- Maintain a professional and courteous manner whilst assisting customers with their needs and queries.
- Identify and troubleshoot customer issues escalating complex cases to relevant departments when necessary.
- Keep records of customer interactions process orders and manage customer accounts effectively.
- Constantly enhance proficiency with product knowledge to offer informed solutions to customers.
- Adhere to company policies and scripts while interacting with customers to ensure consistency and satisfaction.
- Monitor chat transcripts to analyze trends and suggest improvements to enhance service quality.
- Stay updated with any changes in company policies products and service guidelines.
