Our client seeks to appoint aCustomer Service Team Leaderto support customers by providing helpful information answering questions and responding to complaints as well as receive and process local andexport orders. This is a frontline support position to ensure that customers are satisfied with products and service.
Responsibilities include:
Must have Matric/Grade 12 with a relevant tertiary business qualification high level of proficiency in MS Office and SAP solid understanding of export order requirements and at least 5 years of experience in a similar position. Experience in the chemical industry would be an advantage.
