We are seeking highly motivated and customeroriented individuals to join our team as a Restaurant Call Center Agent. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering incoming calls from customers taking orders and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from customers and take orders
- Provide excellent customer service
- Resolve customer complaints and issues
- Upsell menu items and promotions
- Enter orders accurately into the system
- Communicate with restaurant staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:

- Excellent communication and customer service skills
