Responsibilities
- Manage 350 accounts with premiums of $10K or less
- Quote new/renewal business
- Handle typical servicing certificates endorsements and client interactions over the phone
- Work with a variety of industries including contractors restaurants etc.
- Utilize carriers such as Westfield Cincinnati Grange Central Auto Owners Western Reserve and Hastings
- Crosssell and upsell to earn small bonuses
Qualifications
- 13 years of experience in a similar role
- P&C license required
- Proficiency in AMS 360 software
- Selfstarter with strong insurance knowledge
Daytoday
The successful candidate will work remotely in Ohio managing accounts and interacting with clients over the phone. They will have the opportunity to quote new and renewal business and crosssell to earn bonuses.
