Position Overview:
We are seeking a resultsdriven Sales Manager to lead our Fleet Mobility initiatives across France. In this role you will be responsible for managing a team of Key Account Managers (KAM) to develop and execute strategic sales plans drive revenue growth and strengthen our relationships with fleet customers. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our market presence and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
o Manage mentor and develop a team of Key Account Managers fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
o Set clear sales targets and performance metrics for the KAM team and monitor progress regularly.
Strategic Sales Management:
o Develop and implement strategic sales plans tailored to the Fleet Mobility sector in the French Market.
o Identify new business opportunities and drive the acquisition of new fleet customers.
Customer Relationship Management:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and challenges.
o Act as a primary point of contact for major accounts resolving issues and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Market Analysis and Reporting:
o Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and improve market positioning.
o Prepare regular sales forecasts reports and presentations for senior management.
Collaboration:
o Work closely with crossfunctional teams including marketing product development and operations to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
o Collaborate with regional leadership to ensure adherence to corporate policies and objectives.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in business Marketing or a related field; MBA is a plus.
Proven experience in sales management preferably within the automotive or fleet industry.
Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing highperforming sales teams.
Excellent negotiation communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in market analysis and sales forecasting.
Fluent in English.
Willingness to travel within the French region as needed.
