This role will be based at our corporate office in RTP NC or our office in Boca Raton FL offering a flexible hybrid work schedule.
The Head of Digital Marketing and Technology will lead the digital transformation efforts at Grifols Plasma. This role involves overseeing the development and of digital strategies that align with business goals enhance customer engagement and drive growth. The ideal candidate will be a forwardthinking leader with a passion for innovation and a proven track record in digital marketing and technology.
- Oversee all digital touchpoints across channels including CRM social media web/app ensuring coherence and impact.
- Manage digital marketing campaigns (SEO SEM social media email marketing content marketing) to increase brand visibility engagement and conversion.
- Understand and enhance business metrics through the attribution model.
- Manage thirdparty providers and agencies.
- Lead a team of digital specialists fostering a collaborative and resultsdriven environment.
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate digital marketing efforts into the broader organizational strategy.
- Create and maintain strong relationships with external partners and vendors.
- Report to senior management on digital performance KPIs and the impact of digital initiatives on business growth.
- Lead the creation of engaging datadriven content to enhance the digital presence and support customer engagement.
- Ensure all digital initiatives enhance the donor journey improving satisfaction and retention through personalized experiences.
- Drive continuous improvement in digital tools to meet business requirements and scale as the company grows.
- Collaborate with IT and development teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of digital systems.
- Stay uptodate with digital innovations such as AI/ML to improve donor insights and experiences.
- Lead digital innovation initiatives to implement cuttingedge technologies and platforms.
- Develop and nurture a highperforming digital team through coaching training and professional development.
- Drive cultural change within the organization fostering a digitalfirst mindset.
- Oversee digital risk management ensuring data privacy cybersecurity compliance and reputation management

Education & Experience
- : Bachelors degree in Business Administration Economics Digital Marketing Engineering or a related field.
- Preferred: Advanced degrees or certifications in relevant areas professional experience in the pharmaceutical or related industry and experience in engaging and managing thirdparty provider
- 10 years of experience in Digital Transformation & Innovation ideally in both marketing and business. Experience in managing paid media campaigns interdisciplinary teams and familiarity with analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics Salesforce). Previous experience in customer experience platforms and donor loyalty programs.
