About the Role
The Specialist PwC Partner with Customer Data role will act as the point person for data quality definitions KPIs and data oversight within PwC. You will define the data quality rules and metrics for critical data elements and work with Data Managers to identify and execute on plans for good data quality. You will monitor and react to data quality drift by engaging with relevant parties to correct inaccuracies. In addition you will coordinate with the Data Analytics & Insights as well as the Tools & Usability pillars within Sales Business Intelligence to ensure sound data quality is enabled within our platforms and ready for required initiatives. Finally you will consult with Digital and Finance to ensure available data quality platforms are integrated where appropriate.
Your Team
This position will report into the Director Sales Business Intelligence and has no direct reports
What You Will Do
- Define data quality rules and metrics for critical PwC data elements as defined by leadership
- Monitor data quality metrics by designing and deploying data testing methods
- Coordinate with relevant data managers to correct faulty data
- Maintain PwC data lineage and single source of truth for all critical data elements
- Collaborate with data owners and consumers to explain the value of continuous data quality
- Support data transport initiatives to ensure data sharing is controlled and maintains good data quality
- Establish and facilitate data governance practices for critical master data elements (ie: P7 G5 T9
What You Need
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 7 years experience in data analysis.
- 35 years experience in automotive or other related business.
- 35 years experience SQL.
- Knowledge of best practices in data analysis.
- Ability to work within a global matrixed organization and communicate at all levels.
What is Nice to Have
- In depth knowledge of statistical methods and tests.
- Prior experience in SAP MDG.
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable in a fastpaced/highpressure environment while always maintaining good customer relations.
