Job Title : Salesforce Data Migration Specialist
Job Type : Full-Time
Experience : 5-15 years
Location : Hyderabad Telangana (Remote)
Responsibilities :
- Experience in Data Migration with a strong focus on Salesforce CRM.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Loader Workbench ETL tools and Excel/CSV manipulations.
- Experience with SOQL SQL and data scripting languages.
- Experience migrating data in complex environments (Salesforce to Salesforce or multi-source systems).
- Proficiency with Salesforce data model (Accounts Contacts Opportunities Custom Objects etc.).
- Knowledge of Salesforce security model sharing rules and field-level access.
- Understanding of Salesforce integrations and APIs.
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator Platform Developer I or Data Architecture and Management Designer.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Lead end-to-end data migration projects from legacy systems to Salesforce (Sales Service Marketing Clouds etc.)
- Analyze extract transform and load data into Salesforce using tools such as Salesforce Data Loader Talend MuleSoft Informatica or custom ETL scripts.
- Perform data cleansing deduplication normalization and validation activities to ensure high data quality.
- Design and maintain data mapping documents between source and target systems.
- Conduct test migrations reconcile data discrepancies and validate final migration results.
- Collaborate with Salesforce Developers Admins and Architects on integration schema and security design.
- Support post-migration data validation and issue resolution.
- Create and maintain documentation for all data migration processes and best practices.
