About the Role
The Technical Account Manager TAM) is an Engineer which supports the installation and life cycle of Genedata Platforms at customer sites and in the cloud. The TAM is responsible for installing maintaining and updating Genedata Platforms and contributing to technical quality and process documentation. The TAM role is accountable for all the technical configuration of new systems for customer rollouts and ongoing support and troubleshooting. This is a full DevOps role requiring someone with knowledge of the entire tech stack from Infrastructure to application in cloud environments
This fulltime position is based at our office in either Lexington MA or San Francisco CA. There may be occasional travel required.
The salary range for this role is$75000 to$95000.This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range ofpossible compensationfor this role at the time of this posting. This range may bemodifiedin the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
This position reports to the Head of Operational IT and is part of the Operational IT Team
In this role you will have the opportunity to:
- Install and manage cloud installations of Genedata products for customers.
- Drive efficiency through cutting edge automation of Managed IT tasks across all Genedata applications.
- Deliver managed services to the highest level of security and professionalism.
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Degree in Computer Science (or related field)
- Deep Experience of AWS and cloud computing infrastructure combined with fullstack support
- Experience of DevOps and ability to work in a cross regional team.
- Desirable: Experience of coding languages and tools: Javascript Python Kubernetes Ansible Terraform/Open Tofu AWS AMIs datadog monitoring
- Desirable: Experience of Ticketing systems (such as Jira service Management) understanding of ITIL processes in a managed support/DevOps setting
