M TNEU TRANGA MAHI ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a leader to manage our Clinics located in the Auckland and Northland Region. This role is based out of our central Newmarket clinic. This is a fulltime role offering 40 hours per week between the hours of 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday and requires travel at least once per month to at least one of the clinics across the region.
This role leads a team who are dispersed throughout the top of the North Island and needs someone passionate about growing our people and service. To be successful in this role you will have strong relationship building skills and be able to effectively lead people remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
We are looking for a highly organised client and peoplecentric energetic person. You will have the ability to use your judgement and critical thinking skills to make sound decisions quickly in reactive situations.
