What Youll Be Doing
- Coaching and developing a team to deliver topnotch client service and event coordination.
- Overseeing event logistics ensuring seamless from booking to pre delivery.
- Driving process optimisation and system improvements to streamline operations.
- Collaborating across the organisation to meet client event delivery needs.
- Acting as the escalation point for complex client requests finding solutions quickly and effectively.
