What Youll Be Doing

  • Coaching and developing a team to deliver topnotch client service and event coordination.
  • Overseeing event logistics ensuring seamless from booking to pre delivery.
  • Driving process optimisation and system improvements to streamline operations.
  • Collaborating across the organisation to meet client event delivery needs.
  • Acting as the escalation point for complex client requests finding solutions quickly and effectively.

What Type of Person will be Successful

Were looking for a calm organised team leader who can prioritise plan and coach a team of dynamic doers in a highvolume service environment.
