Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior 3D Printing Engineer to join our team in Boisar. This is a fulltime position requiring 1 to 3 years of work experience. The role involves utilizing 3D printing technologies to aid in the development of dental restorations ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a blend of technical proficiency and a strong commitment to excellence.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience with additive manufacturing techniques and technologies (Mandatory skill).
- Indepth knowledge of SLA/DLP printing processes and calibration (Mandatory skill).
- Expertise in routine maintenance and troubleshooting of 3D printers (Mandatory skill).
- Proficient in CAD software for designing and modifying digital dental restorations.
- Familiarity with FDM printing technologies and various material properties.
- Strong understanding of material science related to dental applications and 3D printing.
- Ability to create precise 3D models tailored for various dental restoration solutions.
- Experience in rapid prototyping to accelerate the development cycle of dental restorations.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Utilize advanced 3D printing techniques to support the creation of highquality dental restorations.
- Maintain and operate SLA/DLP 3D printers ensuring optimal performance and output quality.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures for 3D printer operations and maintenance.
- Collaborate with design and production teams to refine 3D models for efficient production.
- Monitor and optimize material usage for costeffective production processes.
- Assist in troubleshooting technical issues arising in the 3D printing processes and equipment.
- Contribute to research and development efforts to integrate new materials and printing techniques.
- Participate actively in team meetings bringing innovative solutions and feedback for continuous improvement.
