Reporting to: Senior ProgrammeLead Air Quality
Location: Lucknow
Purpose:
CEEWis working with the Department of Environment Forests and Climate Change (DoEF&CC)Government of Uttar Pradesh (GoUP) to improve air quality in the state. Theteam seeks to hire a dedicated logistics coordinator to support the teamsstatelevel engagement. The candidate will collaborate with DoEF&CC andCEEW personnel to provide backend support and coordinate activities as per theundertaking in the MoU.
Thecandidate will also have to coordinate with various stakeholders such as theDepartment of Education of the state of Uttar Pradesh and thirdparty agenciesto coordinate the travel and lodging of external members and understand andadhere to the existing policies of CEEW. The role offers an excellentopportunity to work with the state administration and the PMU in the state ofUP to facilitate a seamless experience of all the activities agreed upon in theMoU.
Job Duties and Accountabilities
Plan schedule manage organise and publiciseconferences workshops roundtables public discussions highlevel meetingsand media briefings (virtual and onground).
Work closely with the outreach admin anrations teams to conceptualize coordinate and execute important externalevents for the team.
To support the Travel desk and maintain traveldata in excel sheet and Zoho Expense.
To manage functions like Invoice processing andreviewing quotations from vendors.
Close coordination with the finance and adminteam related to all financial matters.
Making travel arrangements screening andhandling communications and dealing with administrative problems and inquiriesas appropriate.
Required competencies
Working knowledge and experience with MS Officeapplications (MS Word and MS Excel)
Excellent analytical and data management skills
Good time management skills
Strong ethics result oriented with the abilityto manage data
Gogetter attitude with the ability to getarrangements done in multiple locations
Monitor the expenditures to ensure that programfunds are utilized appropriately and match the budgeted expenditure
Problemsolving customer service criticalthinking communication and organization skill
Exceptional interpersonal written and verbalcommunication skills.
At least 10 years of experience in theadministrative support field
Prior experience working in close coordinationwith government departments
