We are hiring Admin Executive for MNC company in Mulund
- Designation Admin Executive
- Working time 09:00 am to 06:00 pm
- Working days Monday to Saturday
- Qualification Any graduate
- Experience Min 3 years
- Salary Best in industry
- Location Mulund
- Payroll Talisman HR
Note: This role will be on Talisman HR Solutions payroll (Third party payroll)
Key responsibilities:
- Primary point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients
- Receive incoming calls and emails; take messages respond appropriately and route correspondence to the appropriate executive of staff member
- Handle requests feedback and queries quickly and professionally
- Managing housekeeping canteen service general repair & maintenance at site
- Sales Centre and Sample Flat are maintained (aesthetics and cleanliness).
- Monitor office supply levels; reorder when appropriate
- Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system for both paper and electronic records.
