Job Description
- You will provide telephone and written customer advice on Buderus products and special topics
- Various Buderus heating systems will be available to you at your workplace for analysing faults and malfunctions over the phone and solving problems
- Together with your coworkers you are going to work out different solution steps in order to provide optimal and practical advice
- If necessary you will enter orders procure the necessary spare parts via the catalogue search and place orders
Qualifications :
- Training: successfully completed vocational training as a plant mechanic heating fitter central heating and ventilation engineer energy consultant electrician (f/m/div.) or in a comparable field or corresponding many years of professional experience
- Personality: reliable team player
- Experience and expertise: very good PC skills desirable
- Flexibility: willingness to work in a flexible and regulated shift model
- Languages: native Italian and very good written and spoken English skills
