Job Description
Elevate Search Partners is proud to partner with this growing Hastings firm that is earning an excellent reputation in the Hastings community.Join an impressive leadership team in this key role as the company is on the cusp of growing from midsized to a larger and more complex entity.We are searching for a natural leader to take full ownership for the companys corporate accounting & costing functions.
- Report into an experienced CFO who knows the business inside and out
- Lead the companys accounting function and take ownership for improving accounting processes controls and adding key players to the team as the company grows
- Take ownership for the relationship with external auditors and determine if it would make sense to move to a larger CPA firm as the company expands
- Lead the costing function and collaborate closely with operations and supply chain to tighten up the companys costing processes as new products are added and SKUs are retired
- Work hand in hand with the CFO to ensure the company has the technology systems and processes that will allow it to continue to scale and grow both organically and via targeted acquisitions
