Vacancy: HEAD OF SALES Residential Estate Agency

Salary: OTE 70k

Position: Permanent Full Time

A highly successful traditional estate agency is looking to recruit an experienced and totally professional Estate Agency Head of Residential Sales for a pivotal and leading role within the company.

The ideal candidate will currently be a successful Sales / Branch Manager with a proven track record within the Estate Agency and ready to take the next step in their career.

It is also possible that a strong Assistant Sales Manager with great listings skills might be considered if they can demonstrate the right work ethic attitude and motivation.

You should also have a comprehensive understanding of what great customer service means and an understanding of what makes a local independent estate agency so successful.

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic articulate ambitious with significant previous experience in residential property sales and specifically be capable of spotting business opportunities and delivering a sensational personal service.
