Main Responsibilities:
1. Ensure all service work is performed professionally in a timely & efficient manner to guarantee
customer satisfaction and protect and improve KSB reputation.
2. Work in an organized and controlled manner with a team or independently to carry out inhouse and
onsite pump repairs.
3. Complete onsite installation inspections startups and commissioning of new and required
equipment.
4. Complete detailed field service inspection reports and startup forms.
5. Maintain and upkeep project logs accounting for every occasion that KSB or their subvendors
attend the site.
6. Conduct onsite maintenance & repairs on a wide variety of customer supplied rotating equipment.
7. Work with Commissioning Manager to maintain a deficiency list/log. The ideal candidate will seek to
address and close out deficiencies raised by KSB or others during the commissioning stages.
8. Execute onsite operator training on KSB supplied equipment.
9. Manage onsite calls and coordinate subvendors when required (electrical etc..
10. Complete detailed inspection findings on inspection forms and recommendations for repair work
required.
11. Initiates development and use of procedures and safe work practices.
12. Conduct precision measuring of critical tolerances and nondestructive electrical testing on electric
motors.
13. Comply with all safety measures outlined by the company for all work processes.
14. Develop and maintain excellent communication skills both externally with customers and internally
with colleagues.
15. Ensure continuous improvement of technical knowledge both related to pump theory and product
development. Attend and participate in promotional events and training seminars as required.
16. Support and resolve customer issues by responding to their requests for any services they may
require.
17. Work with Commissioning Manager to troubleshoot system/performance problems.
