Follow up with inquiries to schedule Designer appointments
Manage Designers appointment calendars
Deliver administrative support for Designer/Sales team
General office duties
Requirements:
Customer oriented friendly and enthusiastic
Reliable punctual with a good work ethic
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Great organization and coordination skills
Working knowledge of MS Office software
