A leading payment aggregator and provider of secure payment solutions is looking for an Integration Specialistto support our growing operations. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in ensuring seamless connectivity between systems enhancing client relationships and driving operational excellence.
Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and monitor Biller Integrations ensuring seamless connectivity between systems.
- Participate in various IT integration functions and generate ad hoc reports using SQL.
- Monitor transaction irregularities across the value chain from Retailer to Biller.
- Consult with clients to guide them through integration requirements and processes.
- Provide technical support postintegration including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Investigate application logs and conduct test transactions in live environments.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve integrationrelated issues.
- Perform any other relevant duties as required.
- Relevant tertiary IT qualification.
- Approximately 3 years of experience in a similar role including expertise in SQL IT systems monitoring MS Office (especially Excel) and customer support.
- Experience in the Financial Services industry with a focus on payments and an understanding of reconciliation and settlement processes (advantageous).
- Fluent in written and verbal English with a good understanding of Afrikaans. Additional languages are a plus.
- Stable internet connection (fibre preferred) for remote work if required.
- Own reliable transport.
