As an Ecommerce Account Manager you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our presence and performance on the various Ecommerce platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of their ecosystem marketplace dynamics and strong analytical skills to drive growth and profitability. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our customers account including product listings advertising campaigns inventory management and their satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Account Management:
Manage and optimize product listings on Ecommerce platforms ensuring accuracy completeness and compliance with their guidelines.
Monitor and analyze sales performance traffic and other key metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Implement strategies to increase product visibility conversion rates and sales velocity.
Stay updated on their policies trends and best practices to ensure compliance and maximize performance.
2. Advertising and Promotion:
Develop and execute advertising campaigns on Ecommerce Advertising platform (Sponsored Products Sponsored Brands etc. to drive traffic and sales.
Monitor advertising performance metrics such as ACoS (Advertising Cost of Sales) ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) and optimize campaigns accordingly.
Coordinate promotional activities such as deals coupons and discounts to increase product visibility and drive sales.
3. Inventory Management:
Monitor inventory levels and sales velocity to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize stock outs or overstock situations.
Work closely with supply chain and logistics teams to forecast demand and coordinate replenishment orders.
Implement inventory optimization strategies to minimize storage costs and maximize inventory turnover.
4. Customer Experience:
Monitor customer reviews feedback and inquiries on Amazon and address any issues or concerns promptly.
Implement strategies to improve product ratings customer satisfaction and overall brand reputation on Amazon.
Collaborate with customer service teams to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of customer issues.
5. Data Analysis and Reporting:
Utilize Seller Central and other analytics tools to generate insights and reports on sales performance advertising effectiveness and other key metrics.
Analyze data trends identify patterns and make datadriven recommendations for business decisions and optimizations.
Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate performance metrics trends and insights to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Ecommerce or related field.
Proven experience in ecommerce preferably managing Amazon/Flipkart/Meesho accounts or marketplace channels.
Deep understanding of any of Amazon/Flipkart/Meesho platform policies and algorithms.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or similar tools.
Experience with Amazon/Flipkart Advertising platform and other relevant tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
Detailoriented organized and able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.
Proactive mindset with a continuous improvement mindset and willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and opportunities.
