Job Summary
- Ventra is seeking a highly motivated and detailoriented Intern Compensation Analyst to support our Associate Director Compensation during the 2025 merit review cycle. This is an excellent opportunity for a student or recent graduate to gain handson experience in compensation analysis and global HR operations. The intern will contribute to consolidating organizing and analyzing data from the US Philippines and India markets.
Essential Functions and Tasks
- Assist in consolidating and maintaining compensation data across multiple spreadsheets for accuracy and consistency.
- Perform data validation to ensure the integrity and accuracy of compensation metrics and calculations.
- Support the preparation of analyses and reports to aid decisionmaking during the merit review cycle.
- Collaborate with global HR and compensation teams to understand marketspecific needs and nuances.
- Contribute to the development of dashboards and presentations summarizing findings and insights.
- Respond to adhoc requests for compensation data and analysis as required.
Education and Experience Requirements
- Current student or recent graduate in Human Resources Business Economics Data Analytics or a related field.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including advanced functions such as pivot tables VLOOKUP and data visualization tools.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
- Interest in global HR practices and compensation management is a plus.
