Job Description
A growing company is seeking an experienced IT Director to oversee and manage IT operations within the office. This role is responsible for maintaining systems ensuring network security troubleshooting technical issues and providing support to staff with their IT needs. The ideal candidate will be a handson problem solver with strong technical knowledge and leadership skills.
Responsibilities Include:
- IT Operations Management:
- Oversee and manage all IT operations ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of office systems.
- Maintain and monitor network infrastructure including hardware and software systems.
- Ensure network security by implementing and enforcing security protocols and systems.
- Technical Support & Troubleshooting:
- Provide handson technical support to staff addressing any IT issues and ensuring timely resolution.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems with hardware software and network systems.
- System Maintenance & Upgrades:
- Ensure all systems and software are uptodate and running efficiently.
- Plan and execute system upgrades and improvements.
- Leadership & Staff Support:
- Lead and mentor the IT team providing guidance and support to junior staff.
- Assist staff with ITrelated inquiries and provide training as necessary.
Ideal Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an IT Director or in a similar IT management role.
- Strong technical knowledge in network management systems administration and security.
- Handson problemsolving skills with a focus on delivering timely solutions.
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage and support an IT team.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with nontechnical staff.
